Hi, I'm David and welcome to my Blog which aims to post the things i find interesting about Nutrition, Training, Health, Sport, Supplements, Dieting and anything else that interests me that i think people need to know about when it comes to the human body, performance and health.

A little about me: Academic study aside which was a Sports Nutrition Degree i have worked with many clients ranging from Pro footballers through to overwight teenagers, this is where i have learnt most of what i know in terms of applied knowledge, getting results is all i want, whatever form they come in, be it quicker sprint times or implementing a healthier diet with someone suffering from Chron's disease, as long as there's an end goal to be reached i'm happy to take the work on or help out.

So i've had a variety of experiences, some of the best have been working with elite athletes and competing sportsmen/women as well as moderating on bodybuilding boards and Pro ana boards (something i'm probably going to use this blog to discuss).

I will also update with info on special deals i find on the net as well as the progress of the businesses i am involved in.
