My name is David Stache. Thank you for visiting my blog. I have worked as a nutritionist for over 10 years through my consultancy company Total Body Development. I have worked with a number of elite athletes as well as consulting for different professional teams. My work has also included working with many people to improve their quality of life through good nutrition.

Having owned and ran different businesses for over 15 years i am now owner of Nourish, a healthy fast food business with stores in both Sheffield and Leeds. The business is built on the foundations of serving food which is both great tasting and healthy. One of our key focusses is educating and engaging with customers.

This blog provides myself with an outlet to discuss issues around nutrition and public health with the odd business related post too.
